Remove the Dust That Settles Before Handoff
A clean home can collect a light new layer of dust while crews finish small tasks, doors open, and air moves. Touch-up construction cleaning is for homeowners, builders, and property managers who already completed the main final clean. We wipe and polish finished surfaces just before the walkthrough, handover, or move-in day.
See the post-construction cleaning overview for the full timeline. An active site may first need rough construction cleaning, followed by final construction cleaning after the build ends. For a different type of project, compare deep cleaning and move-in and move-out cleaning.

Touch-Up Construction Cleaning FAQs
What is included in a touch-up construction clean?
A touch-up construction clean removes newly settled dust and gives finished surfaces one last wipe. We polish mirrors, glass, and fixtures, remove fingerprints and smudges, touch up kitchens and bathrooms, spot clean floors, and complete a final quality check. It is the last polish before handover, not the main post-build detail clean.
When should I schedule a touch-up construction clean?
Schedule it just before the homeowner walkthrough, property handover, or move-in day. The final construction clean should already be complete, and no major trade work should remain. Leaving a short gap lets new dust settle so we can remove it. The result is a fresher space when the owner first sees or uses the home.
Is a touch-up clean the same as a final construction clean?
No. A final construction clean is the detailed deep clean after all building work ends. It covers fine dust, cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, trim, fixtures, windows, and floors. A touch-up clean comes later and focuses on new dust, fingerprints, smudges, and small finish details that appear before the walkthrough or move-in.
Can I book a touch-up clean without an earlier cleaning phase?
A touch-up clean works best after the site has already had a final construction clean. It is not sized for large debris, heavy dust, or a full layer of fine construction residue. If you are not sure what the property needs, call or text photos to (916) 407-1010. We can help match the scope to its current stage.
